The Avtex Redevelopment site offers a significant investment opportunity in the future development of Northern Virginia. The Economic Development Authority owns the entire site that consists of approximately 433 acres, with approximately 117 acres suitable for development.

The primary access to the Avtex Redevelopment site is Kendrick Lane. The site is bounded by Kendrick Lane on the north, a residential district on the south, Kerfoot Avenue and Randolph Macon Academy on the east, and the South Fork of the Shenandoah River on the west side. Conceptual plans indicate the site can accommodate nearly one million square feet of buildings.
