The Front Royal-Warren County Economic Development Authority (FR-WC EDA) has a five-member committee to oversee its United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) RBEL & IRP loan programs. The committee works with the Board of Directors and County staff to develop criteria for future loans, analyze applications and approve new loans. The FR-WC EDA is working to provide financial assistance to help business owners with operating capital and other expenses.
