The first order of business was a review of the conservancy side of the Avtex site. The Committee board reviewed the 2000 Conservancy Plan and determined much of the proposed plan is viable today. The 2000 Conservancy Plan was a joint effort of stakeholders including the Town of Front Royal, Warren County, Front Royal Warren County EDA and EPA..
